Are You Susceptible to Cardiac Arrest?
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung May 22nd, 2007 in Health Issues, How to sleep better, SLEEP News.
One of the things that people are unaware of when they sleep is that of potential health risks and hazards such as heart related problems such as cardiac arrest. People know what to do or where to go when they are conscious. But what does a person do when he is asleep and is unknowingly suffering from it. The whole ordeal is left up to how a person entirely takes care of himself.
Banking on physician’s advice is a good measure to satisfy this obvious predicament. People may not be able to notice such health disorders, but they can do preventive maintenance measures with the aid of doctors on hand. Various tests and observation can be done on a person and this is the best way to identify if a person has indeed been suffering from such a problem.
It is better to act in advance than wait for a person in not being able to get up. It is the best way to prevent potential heart risks such as cardiac arrest.

Can You Sleep with a Hybrid Mask On?
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung May 22nd, 2007 in SLEEP Gadgets, SLEEP Video, Sleep Disorders. So among the key indicators that are related with sleep apnea to date is that of the lack of proper ventilation of air people need while they are in their tranquil state. Many are not aware of this, perhaps because they are unconscious whenever these problems arise. Fortunately there are people who have taken the initiative of developing sleep aid materials such as the Hybrid Mask to ensure proper air passage while sleeping.

Have you made up for your Sleep Debt?
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung May 21st, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Psychology, Sleep Disorders.
Similar to the financial aspect of things, lack of sleep outside the usual recommended 8 hours of sleep may be something worth checking out. People in need of sleep will often be seen haggard and contain scattered thoughts. The truth of it all is that people need to make up for their sleep, termed as sleep debt, something to which people should make up after some time.
But this is not entirely easy. Breaking the usual sleeping routine and trying to get back to normal sleeping hours is easier said than done. The basic about all of it is that sleep is something that cannot be compromised by people to which they can go back and lead the normal methods of sleeping.
Sleep debt may be a good way to make up for it, but expect some side effects along the way. Breaking the cycle of sleep cannot be typified to an automated system where making up for lost ground is that simple.
