Restlessness is something that can hinder a good night’s sleep. People end up finding the right position that they feel comfortable in and this is the result of various factors. Among them include stress, fatigue or intake of different types of medication that affect some key internal organs of the human body. The Restless Leg Syndrome may not be that important to most but it is really something that is a reality that a lot of people experience.
“RLS can be of two types, primary and secondary. Primary RLS occurs in those born with sleep disorders, and secondary RLS is usually associated with specific medical conditions, stress and the use of certain drugs.
While nearly 10 to 15 per cent of the Western population suffers from the disorder, Doctors say, in India, the number has increased from one patient a month to three to four patients a month at present, in the last five years.”

Wake Up on the Right Side of Bed!
1 Comment Published by Brian Yalung July 1st, 2007 in Dreams, SLEEP Fun, SLEEP Video, Sleep Humor. The best way to start a day is to exchange pleasantries and smiles with your partner in bed. Initially it would all be a good thing, asking if he or she had a good nights sleep or if exchange of what dreams either had.
But when it is time to get up; this is where the fuss begins. People have to decide on who will be first to get up, brush their teeth or just simply take a bath to carry on their day.

New born babies would usually keep parents awake. It may lead to disagreements between parents on who will be the one to attend to the baby who wakes up at the middle of the night. Mothers would usually become grumpy and that leaves the dads to take on the cudgels.
Well just imagine the mom having to go through the pregnancy and delivery stages. Don’t you think it is about time that the fathers get to work and give the moms a break?
