Don’t Force Yourself to Rise Early
4 Comments Published by Brian Yalung September 8th, 2007 in Health Issues, SLEEP News, Sleep Disorders.
People would often pay tribute to people who can sleep late and yet rise early. It may be an act of being disciplined but looking more towards health areas such as the heart can make a person think otherwise.
This is not to complement people who are lazy to get up from bed when needed. Observing the proper sleeping hours of 6 to 8 hours is still the best thing to address the matter. But overall, people should not be worried on what time they should wake up.
Rather, they should worry more on how to sleep early and avoid the stressful issues that may affect the heart and other cardio-vascular internal system.

Hypertension and rising blood pressures are the leading contenders for providing health risks to the female species and if women are not careful, they may find themselves more at risk rather than being proactive and helpful.
“Sustained sleep curtailment, ensuing excessive daytime sleepiness and the higher cardiovascular risk are causes for concern,” study leader Francesco Cappuccio, of the University of Warwick’s Warwick Medical School, said in a statement. “Emerging evidence also suggests a potential role for sleep deprivation as a predictor or risk factor for conditions like obesity and diabetes.”
