Sleep Gadgets Are Your Better Choice for Sleep Safety
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung August 6th, 2008 in Health Issues, How to sleep better, SLEEP Gadgets, Sleeping Pills.
Sleep problems today are a common thing we hear and for people who want to cure them, it is all a matter of choosing between two options, pills or gadgets? One thing these two sleep solutions have is that they can do wonders for people aching for sleep. But the difference is sleeping pills can affect your health.
Side effects are normal for any pill that you buy from the counter without any prescription. Unless you are a certified physician or specialist, chances are you don’t know what harm it can do and how your body system will react. For sleep gadgets that can assist you, it would be best to pay more rather than risk your health.
When your health gets affected, remember that the price to pay for medical bills is no match towards the price to pay for staking your life on the line.

Turning off the Light Sources from Gadgets Help You Sleep
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung August 5th, 2008 in How to sleep better, SLEEP News, Sleep Disorders, Sleep Issues.
Some people leave certain gadgets on and we all know that one small light source will always be visualized and these can be a source of distraction. While this can be a means to know where your gadgets are at, they will not go anywhere. Especially if you are in your room, you are sure to see them before and after you sleep. But the thing to be stressed here is SLEEP!
Regardless of how small that light indicator is, here is a good device to warn you and serve as a finder on where it may be. Just remember, you don’t need them when you sleep. You need to eliminate the light sources so you can be able sleep properly and enjoy them when it is time to get up.
Displayed is a LED-illuminated wireless router. LEDs can be useful indicators of what state a gadget it is in — or where to find it — but they also bug people who’d rather not have lights shining in their faces when they’re trying to sleep or watch movies.

Now they Are Charging for Pillows in Flights?
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung August 4th, 2008 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Gadgets, SLEEP News, Sleep Issues.
We know that all companies these days are being hit hard by the economic crisis and while it is normal to ask pillows and blankets as a form of privilege for riding in flights, some are now charging an extra $7 for people who may want them on flights.
JetBlue has reportedly partnered with CleanBrands in offering pillows and blankets to passengers but will be charging an extra $7 for them. If you look at it, this approach may not sit well with passengers. Sleeping soundly is one thing but to pay additional to get it on flights is another. It looks like a rip-off for some who would rather use their coat or soft baggage to sleep on and as far as blankets are concerned, jackets will do.
The price to pay for sleeping on flights is really something people can surely do without. And paying additional is certainly something that some passengers may not find as something that will help them sleep soundly.

A Pillow All Moms Must Have
2 Comments Published by Brian Yalung August 3rd, 2008 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Fun.At times, a mother will perhaps want some time out but a husband and especially the kids may not even notice when she would want it. While a mom makes it a point to do all the chores even if she is exhausted, it may come to a point that she will want to sleep without any distractions.
It is in these cases that this door pillow may come in handy. The “Mommy Needs Sleep” door pillow stresses a point without needing to shout or make it clear that she is dead tired. Hanging it outside her bedroom is enough to tell the people in the house to not to disturb her.
A good buy for $5.00 only.

Give Fresh Beauty Sleep Gift Sets for a Change
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung August 2nd, 2008 in How to sleep better, Sleep Business.
Sleep is said to be one of the most problematic issues we hear of today. While many would point the sleep deprived victims to the specialists for diagnosis and treatment, you can add a bit of help by providing them with a great gift to help enhance their sleeping issues.
The Beauty Sleep Gift Set is a great present to give people looking for a rejuvenating beauty ritual for their skin cells while providing that right relaxing feeling that most people look for today. A good gift to hand out for $72.
During the day, your skin is busy defending itself against harmful free radicals caused by UV rays and other environmental aggressors. During the night, your skin has the time and energy to repair and restore itself. Soy Face Cleanser, one of the cornerstones of Fresh’s skincare line, is an extra-gentle, soap-free formula which efficiently removes dirt and makeup (even mascara!), as well as tones and improves skin texture thanks to soothing cucumber extract, balancing rosewater, and protective soy proteins. Umbrian clay face treatment is an effective, multi-functional formula that can be used as an instant detoxifying mask or dabbed where needed to purify, mattify, and detoxify the skin. Mamaku night serum is scientifically proven to reduce both the length and number of wrinkles while increasing hydration by 48%. The breakthrough formula works in synergy with your body’s circadian rhythm (this controls how your skin repairs itself at night) so that while you sleep, cellular turnover is increased revealing more supple, smooth skin.
