Street Sleeping for a Cause
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung August 26th, 2007 in SLEEP Celebrity, SLEEP News, SLEEP Video, Sleep Events, Sleep Issues. Most people who are determined to maximize all means for a cause will resort to anything to make their plans materialize. This includes sleeping outdoors and stressing a point that they are inclined to help the needy and ensure that human rights are equaled as much as possible.

For 96five’s Liam Renton, Former Bronco Ben Ikin, and Olympic Swimmer Duncan Armstrong, living homeless for a week is worth serving by example. They may choose to forego their purpose of putting up funds but some people are just too darn socially responsible and dedicated to make their cause a reality.

How Do You Sleep?
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung August 4th, 2007 in How to sleep better, Narcolepsy, SLEEP Celebrity, SLEEP Video, Sleep Disorders, Sleep Issues, Snoring.Perhaps this song by John Lennon does have a certain message inside of it.
Getting enough sleep is something that will always vary, especially dependent on the person seeking quality rest at most times. Some say the recommended sleeping time is 8 hours. Some would say it would be 6 hours. Between the two, the longer hour of sleep which is 8 hours is of course the more desired. Sleeping at 6 hours is perhaps something that would best fit people who are always in a hurry, with special mention to working professionals who are always on the go.
Realistically though, taking sleep for granted may come back at some point later on in the life of a person and collect its dues. Health is still a concern to be considered. It is not all about eating the right food and taking in vitamins and health supplements. The natural way of living and resting the human body is still the best way to keep a healthy body.
Thus, it all boils down on how long a person would sleep. It is indeed a fact that most people must always be on the go. But making wise career moves also has to consider making wise health moves as well. Ignore one and the whole purpose is defeated.

Insomnia Aids Kelly Clarkson
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung July 23rd, 2007 in How to sleep better, Insomnia, SLEEP Celebrity, SLEEP Music, SLEEP News, Sleep Disorders.
Bouts with Insomnia will always be dreaded but for some people like famous singer and American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson, it can also serve as a beneficial issue despite having to sacrifice much needed sleep.
But while it is good to note down or push through with whatever is in anyone’s mind, the matter of worrying if it is indeed worth writing down or would be a hit in Clarkson’s case is something she has to deal with when it comes to newly composed songs for potential release.
She says, “The moment a song comes to me, I have to get it out. That’s why I have a hard time sleeping, because a lot of those times are at night.” – Kelly Clarkson, Kelly Clarson Suffers With Insomnia, FemaleFirst.co.uk
