Meet Jess the 3 Year Old Sleepwalker
Sleepwalking is normally expected from adults but for a 3 year old? Well she is from Britain and she has been the subject of a documentary. This sleepwalking problem has been plaguing the family for 2 years and Jess has been living a practical double life. During the day she is like any jolly little girl but at night she goes into a trance acting out elaborate scenes and is unable or unwilling to communicate.

Caucasians Prone to Restless Leg Syndrome
Apparently race has a bearing on how a sleep disorder characteristic attacks. Restless Leg Syndrome or RLS has been found to hit Africa-American women more based on a study presented at CHEST 2009. While the study may have shown how ethnic origin plays a role on this issue, exact causes were unknown. Women were found to be more iron deficient and have rheumatoid arthritis which were risk factors associated with RLS.
“Restless legs syndrome is a common sleep disorder that may not be easily recognized by patients and clinicians,” said Kalpalatha Guntupalli, MD, FCC

Beauty products are known to provide nourishment and care for your skin. But now it seems that some beauty products have a bearing when it comes to making anyone fall asleep. And there seems to be some collaboration on what these beauty products are targeting. Skin repair is thought of as one and of course the aroma which can really cast a spell and mak

Memory Formation Evidence from Sleep Discovered
Though we haven’t seen any concrete proof on how we can benefit from proper sleep as far as our memory is concerned, it seems that this logic is going to be backed up soon with this new discovery by Rutgers University, Newark and Collége de France, Paris research team.
