A Nap Room? Why Not?

Going over some blogs, I found this curious post over at Tech Crunch. Presumably it seems to be something that was intended to be a joke, considering that the Tech Crunch HQ claims that sleep is not among the things that are in mind when working over there.

However, this brings us to think, sleep is indeed essential and although some may deny it, a few minutes of nap time does help in the productivity area, something shared by one of the commenters over there.

When a person yawns, it normally depicts boredom or sleepiness. But thanks to a medical report, it seems that yawning is tied up to something else, somehow similar to how a computer would need its rest after exhaustive use.

Normally, we have all been told that a person with lots of problems will normally gain less sleep. But thanks to a study made by Lianne Kurina of the University of Chicago, her report found at the Sleep Journal may perhaps negate such beliefs. In fact, it seems that loneliness does render fitful sleep based on the study she made from a group of colonies over in South Dakota. Mice Affirm Forgetfulness from Fragmented Sleep
