It looks like women don’t have to sleep like crazy to live longer. Apparently they will need only 5 to 6 hours of sleep to live longer, thanks to some research claims.
The study was made on 459 elderly women in America found that those who slept for between five and six and a half hours a night had the longest survival rates.
