Japanese Spokesman urged to get some Sleep

While a lot of people don’t really have the luxury of sleep over in the disaster-hit Japan, there is one person being urged to get some shuteye. He is no other than Japanese Spokesman Yukio Edano, a tireless workhorse, relaying every development via Twitter since tragedy came to Japan.

Narrating bedtime stories for kids and maybe even some adults is a great way to put them to sleep and on that note, here are some geeky bedtime books you can check out. They are the Goodnight Dune bedtime books, written and released by Julia Yu.

Nap a bit to Boost Brain Activity

Here is another study that should let you know why naps shouldn’t be overlooked. The study was conducted at the University of California which found that sleeping before learning something is just as important as sleeping for about 100 minutes.

In a study done on 44 volunteers, study co-author Matthew Walker, explained that the volunteers who took a nap before undergoing a memorization test ended up with higher test points than their counterparts who did not take a nap.
