An annual event to help the homeless is going to be a bit challenging this year as Oxford announces their annual sleep out campaign led by Lord Mayor Mary Clarkson. The challenge this year is the weather conditions. Unlike in previous years, people may find sleeping out a bit different, having to combat cold weather while doing it all for a cause.
