When you talk about eating profusely, people normally turn to cutting down what they eat as far as added calories is concerned. But according to a study, you can eat less if you sleep more. Does it make sense?
While studies are reliable, it seems like this is similar to sleeping more even if it means craving for something in your stomach. Would that be good or bad? The reason for this is would foregoing sleep in times of hunger possibly lead to other health problems like ulcers?
