We often find ourselves having to stay up late due to parties, work and worries. But while we do not value them that much, does it follow that
sleep disorders are not far behind?
Apparently, one of the hard problems we have to deal with today is properly. Unless you are a sleep expert, chances are you may already have a serious sleep disorder but are still in denial. Sleep problems exist today and it really does not hurt to find out if you are indeed suffering from a sleep disorder. Improper diagnosis may eventually lead you to serious problems that you think.
Just bear these things in mind:
Do you . . .
feel irritable or sleepy during the day?
have difficulty staying awake when sitting still, such as when watching television or reading?
fall asleep sometimes while driving?
have difficulty paying attention or concentrating at work, school, or home?
perform below your potential in work, school, or sports?
often get told by others that you look tired?
have difficulty with your memory?
react slowly?
have emotional outbursts?
feel like taking a nap almost every day?
require caffeinated beverages to keep yourself going?
