Even News Reporters Need To Sleep
Published by Brian Yalung July 31st, 2007 in Health Issues, How to sleep better, SLEEP Fun, SLEEP Video, Sleep Humor, Sleep Issues.Newscasters and reporters would usually have to work round the clock, sometimes affecting the entire body clock as far as trying to get the proper resting and sleeping period. However, trying to cope up with the needed sleep cycle may not be easy for some public serving news people as some just have to keep on going since the show must go on.
However, there are times where you just cannot stay awake for long. Hopefully it does not happen on occasions where live segments are being aired.
