If I'm reading this right, you are suggesting getting only 5-6 hours of sleep per night.  I'm not an expert on sleep, but I know enough to know that this would be highly detrimental to most peoples health.  On average people need 8-10 hours of sleep per night.  Please clarify.  Thanks.</description>
