People would often think that once they get to their bed, they can sleep right away. Wrong! While most of us feel that we are very weary and want to catch up on that much longed shuteye, we tend to find ourselves laying down and becoming restless and most of all, not being able to sleep!
This is only normal. Rarely can we find ourselves automatically sleeping once we lay flat on our back or cling on to that favorite pillow of ours. It just does not follow.
To help and ensure we don’t take long to finally sleep, here are some enumerated tips which can be explained further from the resource it came from:
- Teas
- Wine
- Books
- Music
- Bath
- Massage
- Exercise
- Sex
Each of these tips are elaborated in detail here: Sleep Problems - Solutions to Help Manage Sleep Problems
