		<description>At the beginning of summer, I started researching Insomnia too.. I came across an all natural, like whole food.. non-toixc suppliment that claimed to help with stress in the body and would help kick Insomnia.. Anyway, I tried it and here i am a months weeks later still sleeping through the night because of it.

I tend to worry a lot so there are still some nights once in a while that I lie awake but I guess that's gonna go without saying for a constant worry-wart .. anyway Lilian, just thought I'd share something that might help you with sleep! cause it sure has helped me!
