Sleep Deprivation produces Dilapidated Lives

Sleep is essential to our health and such has been addressed as something costly if people continue to suffer sleep deprivation syndromes. We are usually not ourselves when we lack sleep and most of this are attributed to some factors such as:
- Work
- Stress
- Personal Health Abuse
- Jagged Thoughts
Of course, these are usually part of our daily routine but leaving them as they are is no excuse to sacrifice sleep in their favor. If there are fighters in all of us, then this is one aspect to which we should consider putting value in health and sleep.
Sleep deprivation is an illness we can all manage individually or through the help of sleep professionals. We just have to inject in our heads that sleep is more than just losing rest.
