There are kids in the world that suffer obstructive sleep disorders or sleep apnea. While these are sometimes overlooked, they may eventually affect their overall personality or performance when they wake up.
It is evident that lack of sleep for kids who have to go to school or run some errands may be prone to personality changes. But the thing is, addressing the problem first hand and listening to what these kids actually experience can help solve and remedy the situation before it gets out of hand.
