Sleep Anywhere but the Office
Published by Brian Yalung September 28th, 2007 in How to sleep better, Sleep Issues.
Sleeping needs comfort most of the time and most people get this from beds or sofas. However, for the working professionals of today who serve office work, they encounter some instances where they have to sleep overnight at the office to make sure that they meet deadlines. Apparently these instances do not have the liberty of time hence the need to maximize and extend working hours which may not sit well.
Although some employees have been given the go signal to take naps at the office, nothing beats the actual comfort that most people can obtain from sleeping in their actual rooms and homes.
