Obstructive Sleep Apnea Pounds on Heart Attacks
Published by Brian Yalung July 22nd, 2008 in Health Issues, SLEEP News, Sleep Apnea, Sleep Disorders, Sleep Issues. As far as our health is concerned, we are all aware that the worst type of illness or diseases that we can encounter would be heart attacks or stroke. For one thing, they can occur at any time and is one reason why most of us are trying to eat and stay healthy.

So much for this issue when we are awake, how about when we are asleep? It has been proven that no thanks to obstructive sleep apnea, the potential existence of heart attacks during our sleep can occur. This is perhaps the manner to which we cannot be prepared since we will surely be in deep slumber.
For people who want to make sure, it would be best to check if you have OSA or Obstructive Sleep Apnea. If you do have one, you had better be careful since you may not know what may be happening during your sleep.
