Lack of sleep may eventually affect certain internal organs of the body, particularly the heart which may lead to a dangerous occurrence. Cardiac issues surrounding the lack of sleep is only natural. The proper amount of sleep is something that a person’s heart needs. A heart can only take so much and as a whole, they need proper respite as well to be well-maintained and kept healthy.
