Snooze or Lose
People who think that they can make it through the day without resting for a bit may find themselves experiencing some problems along the way. Lack of sleep is no excuse for being lazy or feeling uneasy. People can choose to do something about it by disciplining themselves and knowing when to sleep and get the required number of hours to sleep.
Snoozing isn’t bad since it helps a person in the area of health and overall performance. Read the book by Dr. Helene Emsellem and you may pick up a couple of things about snoozing or losing.
