A simple noise can disrupt any of us when we are sleeping and once that happens chances are we may find ourselves having a hard time to get back to sleep. If you look at it, sleeping soundly is hard enough and being interrupted while we are midway in our slumber state.

A lot of people suffer from this type of a setup especially in their homes. The sudden entry of kids or the rest of the household can surely be annoying at times. Squeaking doors or a sudden movement which our senses can sense can make a difference in disrupting sleep.

  1. Get up and get out of bed
  2. Practice visualization
  3. Have a snack
  4. Go to bed later
  5. Adjust the room temperature
