Here’s a simple howto on becoming an early riser.
- Sleep before 12:00AM.
- When you get up, go walk, jog, or do some kind of exercise for just 10 minutes. When you do this, you will have a much more productive day as you warm up your body to get ready for the day.
- Get up at a regular time whether that be 5AM or 7AM even on weekends. By having a consistent wake up time, your body and mind will be more balanced and ready for anything.
- Try to sleep 5-6 hours for a month. This might be hard to at first, but once you get the hang of it, it will be piece of cake
- Think about early bird gets the fish…

If I’m reading this right, you are suggesting getting only 5-6 hours of sleep per night. I’m not an expert on sleep, but I know enough to know that this would be highly detrimental to most peoples health. On average people need 8-10 hours of sleep per night. Please clarify. Thanks.
