Women Sleep Less than Men

Women are prone to have worst encounters with sleeping disorders. Females have far more issues than men, especially due to the common incurrence of their states such as pregnancy, menopause and hormonal changes are some of the pertinent issues that have surrounded the sleep deprivation on women today.

It is best to consult family physicians immediately in cases of lack of quality sleep in women. Health is obviously at risk and it would be good to note what women can do to help combat the impending problem that lies over the horizon in women.
