Many may be tired of hearing about the issues that mobile phones would have on people when associated with sleep but a new infographic shows how these mobile phones would severely affect a person’s sleeping patterns.
Despite warnings, it is apparent that most folks would still disregard such a warning for one reason or another. In fact according to the graphic which covers consumers in the US, about 75% are connected to the Web.
With that percentage, you can just imagine the hundreds of millions of people who would be affected by such, all potentially having sleep problems due to mobile phones by their bedside.
Ninety percent of 18-29 year olds say they sleep with their phone in their bed or right beside it. And one in two people say they check their phone right away if they wake up in the middle of the night for no reason.
I am one of those people who checks their phone every time I wake up in the middle of the night. I only recently took my phone out of my room when sleeping and I must say I do feel like I have more energy throughout the day.
