Executives are one of the more busy people we know off, some of which may not even have the luxury of getting the proper amount of sleep due to work overload. However with the CalmSpace, a lush plug and play office pod, relaxation and proper recharging should be within reach to reach optimal efficiency when delivering their work.

The CalmSpace was made possible through a partnership between Haworth and Marie-Virginie Bebet, an office pod that should allow the busy executives to get some much needed power naps. The pod features a comfortable fabric mattress where they can get some sleep time for about 10 to 20 minutes.

The pod also includes an acoustic curtain for privacy and preset light and sounds cycles which should all the more help them sleep easier and smoother.

I’m not sure I could sleep in that little area. Especially at work. I can’t relax until I leave the office, and that little pod looks like more stress from claustrophobia than anything.
