Food supplements are commonly seen these days to aid health and apparently they are helping stress out the unwanted toxins and outside forces that have long been responsible for making our lives miserable. But while they are artificial additives that can help us live better, they too have a role that can help us treat insomnia and sleep disorder problems, much of which has been growing in numbers today.
Among the proper recourse to be done to sleep better aside from the controversial sleeping pills include:
1. Meditation
2. Supplements
3. Acupuncture
4. Relaxation
5. Exercise
Things to remember:
Talk to your doctor before trying any of these supplements (they could interact with your other medication).
Avoid supplements that are made with mixed herbs.
Beware of the commercial claims attached to supplements. You should check for a scientific source.
