People would often pay tribute to people who can sleep late and yet rise early. It may be an act of being disciplined but looking more towards health areas such as the heart can make a person think otherwise.
This is not to complement people who are lazy to get up from bed when needed. Observing the proper sleeping hours of 6 to 8 hours is still the best thing to address the matter. But overall, people should not be worried on what time they should wake up.
Rather, they should worry more on how to sleep early and avoid the stressful issues that may affect the heart and other cardio-vascular internal system.

I find myself doing both that you’ve stated. I aim for a good 6-8 hours each night, and tend to get it most of the time. On the flop side, I am always waking up with an alarm, so I wonder just how detrimental waking up in that fashion is to me. I’m figuring that getting the average 6-8 has precedence overall.
Insightful post. Thanks for getting me thinking!
