Here is a good alternative to people who want to shy away from the usual sleeping pills to get a good sleep. Acupressure boasts of a biomedical device called the Dreamkeeper 400 that relies largely on acupressure techniques, stimulating the median nerves on the inside of the wrist through electrostatic pulses and adjustable vibration.

So for all the sleep deprived and insomnia-riddled people out there, this may be the solution that you have long been looking for. A better alternative than the risky sleeping pills such as Ambien.

The DreamKeeper 400 isn’t the first device to merge technology and acupressure points, however. The digital Aculife Magnetic Wave Therapist claims to bridge ancient Chinese medicine with modern technology by digitally locating your so-called acupoints so you can apply a “small amount of electricity” accordingly.

Hello great site & info but I recently read about a medical silicone wristband that could store all your medical information. I’m wondering does any one know where to get these?
