The thought of someone dying is already a sleep obstacle in itself. But if you are trying to get over an obsessed person killing herself just outside your home, this is bound to bother you and perhaps send some shivers to your veins which eventually deprive you of good sleep.

Such is the scenario that American Idol judge and singer Paula Abdul has to deal with ever since an obsessed fan, Paula Goodspeed took her life just outside Abdul’s Los Angeles home.

She may not be related but seeing how obsessed the fan was and killing herself just outside is certain to bother you a lot. Perhaps moving or sleeping in a hotel can help Paula Abdul sleep better. She needs it to stay energized with her long list of work appointments.
