In the past, I had already posted an article on some good meals to take in case you are hungry but need to sleep. Here is another one I found on the web and though there may be similarities, these seem to be catered more towards organic and health food choices you may want to check out. They include mostly fruits and vegetables.

7. Almods
8. Flax Seeds

So if you want to sleep better on a manageable stomach, these are some healthy options you can consider. Never sleep on an empty stomach to avoid health issues such as ulcers or being acidic.
