Giving up Sleep for Success

We have always been told, if you want to succeed in anything you do, be ready for sacrifice. Now along that line, you have to think if sleep is included. Success comes in a lot of ways such as needing to extend the times you are awake so you can think and not wasting a single second so that you can be able to cover everything as much as possible.

But while this is something that can really push you towards the success, it is your health due to lack of sleep that is eventually going to suffer. Constant thinking, anxiety and unresolved issues to make sure that deals or even your current business will not flunk are among the things that keep you awake. While you are being worried about how to grow your business and get rich, eventually you may find all that money useful after all. Unfortunately for paying your hospital bills since you have so much disregarded your overall health.

Sleep and Success

“There will be periods in life where you have to give up sleep so you can accomplish something big,” Krieger says. “Just know that you can only do that for a certain period of time or there will be long-term consequences.”
