		<description>I find this really interesting, it seems silly spending almsot half of our lives lying in a bed. I believe the human being will evolve to go longer without sleep.

I&#039;ve looked into sleeping periods and patterns, it has been recommended that 2 periods of 4 hours of sleep, at different times, is better than a single 8 hour period. For example, resting from 7pm-1am, getting up then sleeping again from 3am-7am.</description>
