How Long Should Babies Sleep?
Published by Brian Yalung June 27th, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP News, SLEEP Psychology. We all observer that all babies practically have nothing to do other than to play and sleep most of the time. However, the question is, what is the proper amount of time a baby should sleep? If parents had their way, they would want their babies to sleep majority of the day, but of course, time to change their diapers and play a little bit to bring a smile to the face of their parents would be a need.
The required amount of sleep for babies is critical. Remember that they are still in the adjustment phase of breaking in to the world. Sleep is a need for them especially if they are to grow up healthy and normally.
