Insomnia Leads to Paranoia

What makes a person become paranoid? While there are a lot of point leading to the reasons behind Paranoia, you can surely add insomnia to that list. Insomnia has been known to cause stress, anxiety and depression to people suffering from it, and if you look a bit closer, it is without question that these are present in people suffering from Paranoia as well.
We have been used to seeing one health issue related to another and if you expound the issue of Insomnia, Paranoia would have certainly the same symptoms as well.
“As most of us know, a few nights of poor sleep can make us feel stressed, muddled in our thinking, and disconnected from the world.
“These are ideal conditions for paranoid fears to take hold. Regular, good quality sleep is important to our psychological well -being.”

I had wicked sleeping disorders boarding on insomnia when I went through my divorce. I tired the Melatonin which did help, but I learned a great way to get a deep night’s sleep naturally and without pills. Helps me even with power naps.

Hi Colin and everybody else suffering from lack of sleep,
As I posted earlier, I did have some wicked sleep issues going through my divorce. I came across and out of print book that talked about all, if not most of the reasons we all lose so much sleep. The Dr. broke it down into very plain language, so easy that I could really grasp it and understand. Then he had some exercises in the back of the book. I started doing them and in a short period of time my sleep came back to me. I get such a deep, restful sleep, that I really only need 6 hours a night, and if I need more, I can use these techniques to get a power nap in the afternoon.
I have since taken that book, turned it into a pdf, and I give it away for free so people can get a much better night’s sleep. I do not want to step on any toes on this comment section, but if it’s ok, I will post the url. http://www.thesleepsecretebook.com
I wish everyone a deep, restful and good night’s sleep. Please stay in contact, love to know how it works for you.

My name is Tony and I’m no expert by any means, but I use a product that really helped me after 15 years of insomnia. It’s all natural and inexpensive. This website http://www.tunguskamist.com/4464750 advertises several products; I have no idea how effective the other product’s are but the one they call PM has really been a Godsend to me.
