What always helps me to go to sleep is a half full plastic bottle of mineral water. I can’t recall how exactly I came up with this, but this is how it works: the water needs to be cool. Lie down on your back, make sure you’re perfectly comfortable. Now take the bottle and place it on your forehead. The shape of a plastic bottle will help, trust me. Try to balance the bottle so you don’t have to hold it and focus on staying that way. I guarantee that after 3-4 minutes you’ll start feeling sleepy.
Sounds weird, I know. But it works! Try it out, you risk nothing.
