It has been a common belief that milk helps people sleep better. For some people, it is not that effective hence the need to look for alternative to help them sleep properly.
Nilla Milk, something that was recommended, is believed to be closer to mother’s milk. The formula for it:
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons of sugar
- 1 Pat of Butter or Margarine
- 1 capful imitation Vanilla
- Heat until butter is melted
- Sprinkle with nutmeg or Cinnamon
Does it work? Well it would never hurt to try it out right?
