An annual event to help the homeless is going to be a bit challenging this year as Oxford announces their annual sleep out campaign led by Lord Mayor Mary Clarkson. The challenge this year is the weather conditions. Unlike in previous years, people may find sleeping out a bit different, having to combat cold weather while doing it all for a cause.
However there is an alternative for the cause. People can donate £20 even if they do not take part in the sleep-out and Mrs Clarkson added: “It seems a bit of a cheek to just pay £20 to sleep in your own bed, but every little bit helps this good cause.
