Lindsay Lohan Blames Lack of Sleep for Weight Loss

When you sacrifice sleep, being stressed and fatigued can lead you to be giving up a healthy part of your body. With obvious abuse, noticeable weight loss is obvious and that is what Lindsay Lohan is pointing out with her dramatic weight loss today.

The actress has looked increasingly skinny lately, and shocked onlookers with her bony frame during a shopping trip last month.

“I eat just as much as I always have.”

Instead, the Mean Girls – who raised eyebrows when she shed too many pounds back in 2005 – star puts her skinny look down to “working a lot” and “stress…and lack of sleep when I travel.”
