Sleep is A Good Skin Treatment

For the people out there who are pretty much concerned about their skin, here is something for you. While many leave skin care to the dermatologists or those skin creams to take care of their skin, the best and natural way is to sleep. A good night sleep (or sufficient) is the best way to combat skin problems like aging.

Particularly for women, sleeping at the required number of hours is your best bet to take care of your precious skin issues. Mind you, this means natural sleep cycles meaning trying to oversleep and catch up is not counted. Ideally an adult should sleep for an average of seven to eight hours, or at least six hours a day. Sleeping for 10 hours or more can result in unhealthy skin.
