Sleep Lessons Now Taught in School

The best way to hone up sleep education is to perhaps insert them into the daily programs in school. Special sleep sessions covering sleep issues like avoiding late night TV, keeping a bedtime routine and sleeping for at least nine hours are only some of the valuable topics kids should be taught.

This can dramatically improve the sleep problems some kids and teens have to deal with, most of whom have been sleep deprived due to bedtime after midnight. With this new sleep sessions, kids and teens may yet get to sleep better, live healthier and most important of all, improve in their academic performance.
