When you talk about eating profusely, people normally turn to cutting down what they eat as far as added calories is concerned. But according to a study, you can eat less if you sleep more. Does it make sense?
While studies are reliable, it seems like this is similar to sleeping more even if it means craving for something in your stomach. Would that be good or bad? The reason for this is would foregoing sleep in times of hunger possibly lead to other health problems like ulcers?
Losing weight is one thing but affecting the other health concerns is another. We all want to get good sleep and keep fit, but there is some doubt with regards to the reliability of this scientific finding.

I believe there is more to this study. It looks like it is just the tip of the iceberg. Surely this ulcer issue should have been considered prior to claiming these findings.
Everyone know that sleeping less than 6 hours makes You three times more liable to sickness. And people keeping themselves all the time in hunger slown downs their metabolysm and will live 30% longer.
