Sleep More to Sneeze Less

Sleeping has been known as the best cure to treat colds but as far as sneezing is concerned, this area deserves more in depth analysis. Some may have the so-called morning sickness to which when they wake-up, it seems like they have colds. But after a while it all goes away. However, as far as sneezing is concerned, it may depend on how long you sleep.

People who sleep fewer than seven hours a night appear to be almost three times as likely to catch a cold as those who sleep more than eight hours, a new study has found.

    It can be true. I’ve seen on myself. When I sleep longer I have less problems with sneeze in the morning.
