Whether you are an adult or a child, the room temperature will always play an important part in determining how well you can sleep. Some may call it a psychological thing but in reality, our bodies respond to the proper temperature at which we can rest easily and comfortably.

Especially for children, chances are the improper room temperature would irritate them and perhaps bring them to make tantrums. This is something evident in the world today to which most of us experience. Air-conditioning and proper ventilation is a must.

Our bodies long for proper ventilation. Just observe how our bodies respond to the right and wrong temperature. Chances are we may get sick or get drowsy to be active as we normally do.
