Snoring Helps Burn Calories?

This sounds contradicting as far as the issue of snoring is concerned. Just when we thought that people who snore are in danger of potential health risks associated with their heart, here is a study the proves that snoring at your worst is actually good since it burns more calories in the process.

Weird? Well, if you compare it to the earlier studies, it does indeed seem confusing. It makes you wonder which is more important or whether there is a connection between the two.

Snorers can burn up to 2000 calories a night, according to the study conducted by Eric J Kezirian from the University of California, San Francisco.

After analysing 212 patients, those who snored heavily burned a huge amount of calories each night, while even those who snored quite lightly still managed to burn off 1600 calories.
