Such is a reality and people may either contract the same sleeping problem or a more severe health concern.Hence, observing sleep apnea patients does not end there. It should also include looking after the caretakers who are suffering altogether. From a glance it would all seem like sleep apnea is indeed contagious but I guess this would depend on how people would go about taking care of their loved one suffering from the said sleep disorder.
