So much has been said on how to sleep properly. Many have taken on the areas of beds and mattresses, sleeping positions and proper observance of sleeping hours. “With pillows, there is a lot of personal testing,” says Jones, coordinator of Saint Agnes Medical Center’s Diagnostic Sleep Lab in Fresno, Calif. “What works for one person isn’t going to work for another.”
