For any country or region, there will be a place that will solicit the tag of being the “Sleep Deprived Capital”. And as far as the United Kingdom is concerned, the unlikely tag is pointing to Aberdeen after a survey was conducted. According to the collected information, people over there slept just 5 hours and 23 minutes a night.
People in the UK at an average enjoy six hours and seven minutes, which is far lesser than the recommended eight hours of sleep every night. And like most of us, the main cause were identified as money problems, inappropriate environment at work, troubles in family, and relationship issues.
