
When some things are left hanging in the office, chances are people will be uneasy when they get home where they should be resting or sleeping. There are mental impacts that pressured work and output place in anyone’s mind and chances are, they may be worrying about it too much, thinking of potential solutions and not being able to sleep at all.
This is something that does not really need to be elaborated. Even if it is not the office, thinking of something unsettled will often be something we will always want to think about until it is resolved. The victim in the end is still you since you are sacrificing sleep which is a need to complete and further study options for resolutions.
